📥 Step 1: Download & Install
1Download the Right App
- Android: Open Play Store, search "WhatsApp Business" (look for the green icon with briefcase)
- iPhone: Open App Store, search "WhatsApp Business"
- Make sure it says "WhatsApp LLC" as the developer
2Choose Your Number
You have two options:
- Option A: Use your existing personal WhatsApp number (converts it to Business)
- Option B: Use a different number (recommended—keeps personal and business separate)

How to set it up:
- Go to Settings → Business Settings → Greeting Message
- Toggle it ON
